e-Learning Content Specialist

Requirements

  • B.S. in science or business
  • MOD, MBA, or LIS preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, technical writing, and training
  • 5-10 years of experience with e-learning program development and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and e-learning support software

Duties

The incumbent will support CAS product training to key markets and customer segments by:

  • Managing the training content portfolio
  • Overseeing and developing instructional content
  • Organizing instructional content for efficient retrieval and repurposing
  • Evaluating and implementing effective training media for customer training
  • Establishing methodologies for traditional and e-learning training options
  • Developing customer training curricula
