Facilities Coordinator
Requirements
Duties The candidate will assist in developing ADA compliant office designs and planning and budgeting for the reconfiguration of modular offices and wall systems in support of organizational space requirements. The incumbent will assist to develop implementation schedules, furniture parts list, and office designs in support of corporate space requirements. Project execution will be coordinated with internal maintenance staff and/or external contractors. The incumbent will assist in maintaining adequate furniture inventory and will develop plans for disposal of discontinued or damaged furniture components. The incumbent must be willing to work overtime, carry a CAS cell phone, and accept responsibility for project supervision occasionally during non-business hours.
