| Introduction |
This section identifies a strategy for finding polymer classes using Explore by Research Topic. |
| Definition |
Polymer classes are broad groups of polymers with particular structural characteristics, e.g.:
- Acrylic acid polymers
- Extruded plastics
- Isoprene rubber

Locating research papers about a polymer class of interest is a 2-step process:
- Locate general research on the polymer class
- Refine results based on the application of interest
|
| Example |
Locate acrylic polymers used as coating materials. |
| Locate research on the polymer class |
Follow these steps to locate research on a polymer class of interest.
