INPAFAMDB - Easy Recipes for Relevant Results
The International Patent Family Database (INPAFAMDB) is a bibliographic patent family database that covers the full spectrum of patent technologies for 81 patent issuing authorities, dating from the early 1800s. In this session, we will discuss the one-record-per-patent-family design of INPAFAMDB and how it provides multifile prior art synergy with CAplus and the Derwent World Patents Index (DWPI). This session will be of value to novice, intermediate, and expert STN patent searchers.
