Sharing STN Viewer projects with colleagues

You may share a copy of an STN® ViewerTM project with one or more colleagues who have a valid STN login ID or STN Login ID for Shared Projects. 


To share a project:

  1. Within the project you wish to share, click Copy to Shared Projects.

  2. Within the Project List at the left, click Shared Projects to view your list of projects that can be shared.
  3. Under Email Shared Link, click Share Project.

  4. The Share Projects page displays with the URL for the project. In the To: box, enter the e-mail address for the recipient.
  5. Click Send to send a message containing the URL for the project to be shared.  Your e-mail address will be seen by the recipient as <your STN login ID>@stnviewer.org.


To view and use a shared project:

Click the project URL within the e-mail message, or paste the project URL into a web browser.  You will be prompted to enter your STN login ID or STN Login ID for Shared Projects.
