Eva J. Meeus

Eva studied chemistry at the University of Amsterdam (NL) and obtained her M.Sc. in 2019. In January 2024, she received her Ph.D. after working on (radical-type) catalysis in aqueous and biologically relevant media in the group of Prof. De Bruin and Prof. Reek (University of Amsterdam). She visited the University of Basel (CH) to work on artificial metalloenzymes with Prof. Ward in this context. In March 2024, Eva joined the group of Prof. Morandi at the ETH Zürich (CH) as a postdoctoral researcher, where she works on synthetic methods for new prodrug-to-drug conversions and the late-stage diversification of peptide drugs.
